The vision of the Five Town Health Alliance is to create a nonprofit health and dental center that will become a source of community pride while promoting better health in Addison County. This health center will provide high qualtiy, comprehensive primary and preventive care that recognizes the individual health beliefs of each patient. The Five Town Health Alliance envisions a dynamic health center that addresses both the current and future health and dental needs of Addison County residents. |
