The Five Town Health Alliance holds monthly Board meetings to which members of the community are invited. We will list other 5THA events as they occur and local events of interest to those supportive of our mission. Call to Action - How You Can Help


Healthy communities begin with healthy families.

Join us at the Five Town Health Alliance. Our monthly meetings of the board of directors are open to the public. We welcome your participation.

Spread the word to your family, friends, neighbors, and community members about the benefit of a community health center in our area.

Come out and demonstrate your support for a CHC by joining us at events in the local Five Town area. If you can volunteer some time to help out at our information booths, please give us a call. We'd be happy to hear from you!
