Come out and demonstrate your support for a CHC by joining us at events in the local Five Town area. If you can volunteer some time to help out at our information booths, please give us a call. We'd be happy to hear from you!

The Community Health Center of Burlington is acting as our fiscal agent while we apply for our 501(c)3 designation.
