WHO WE ARE . . .
We are a group of citizens from the Five Town area in Vermont's northeastern Addison County, (Bristol, Lincoln, Monkton, New Haven, and Starksboro) who represent a variety of backgrounds within and outside of health and dental care. We are interested in community building and furthering the health of our families, neighbors, and friends through improving access to health and dental care.
We believe that healthy communities begin with healthy families, neighbors, and friends and that self-determination to practice healthy lifestyles should not be limited by ability to pay. We are guided by a system of beliefs recognizing health and dental care as basic rights to which all are entitled, and we are impatient to turn these beliefs into reality.
